Random Update

about life and how I'm effing my own way.

Earlier todayyesterday, March 24, 2010~ something REALLY good happened.

I woke up so damn early for a no-classes day. Yesterday was a Wednesday and I usually wake up around 7:30 AM for my 9:00 AM class. Good thing though, classes has finally ended since last Friday so I'm finally free. So yeah~ I woke up early and you know what's sad?

It's when you wake up early hoping you could watch M.I.T. 20* replays on Studio23 but end up screaming a FARK YEW in your TV screen because the crappy City Lights Garden advertisement is effing my screen. FML.

People in my Facebook f-list has probably read that as my current status. I never changed it just because I still can't get over the fact I totally missed my chance seeing the MV of TVXQ's 29th single, BREAKOUT, in my own crappy TV screen. Anyways, if any of you haven't seen the actual vid yet here it is:

This is the closest possible MV I can get myself now (my eyes are starting to close already why haven't I thought of updating this blog earlier today and not in the wee hours of the morning?) It has romanji and English Subs so non TVXQ fans and fans alike can understand what they've been singing.

Anyways, since I started the post about TVXQ, might as well voice out my "inner thoughts" about a certain matter and that is: KPOP "taking over" the Philippines. First, I'd like to stress that some anti-fans made a Facebook Fanpage aka Bakit ang daming nababaliw sa KOREAN na KANTA?Naiintindihan niyo ba? (Why are there many people going crazy over Korean songs? Do you even understand it?)

Most of them are Filipinos. Yes they are. They or shall I say the whole group itself is against the Kpop Fans here in the Philippines because some Pinoy fans are favoring Kpop over OPM (Original Pilipino Music) and that the latter is already dead mainly because of Pinoys who don't support their own music.

I am a Kpop Fan and I thought it was unfair for some Pinoys to label us(the Pinoy Kpop fans as a whole) as hypocrites and putting all the blame for the "death" of OPM to us. I don't exactly understand their point why they hate Kpop. It's similar to American pop it's just that it is in Korean language. People listen to English songs and all, why can't we listen to Korean songs? Shouldn't we, as Asians, support our fellow Asian artists as well?

I still listen to OPM though, but I just can't grasp what those anti-Kpop people are trying to convey with all the mockery they've been doing with the Koreans. Sure the Koreans may be rude and all, but just because you had a bad encounter with a Korean doesn't mean all Koreans are alike. And I'm not defending the Koreans because I'm biased, lol. I just... *sigh*

Before I move on, let's go back to my effed morning. The stupid City Lights Garden advertisement was effing my TV screen for a good 10 minutes. And you know what does that mean? It means I missed M.I.T. 20 (MYX Internation Top 20 countdown)~ like I said, I woke up early because I wanted to see it my own eyes that TVXQ's BREAKOUT has finally reached MYX's charts. I was able to catch the countdown from number 20 and 19 but after that, the stupid ad started playing and after 10 agonizing minutes, the countdown was already on number 16.

According to some avid fans, BREAKOUT has finally entered the charts and is currently in the 18th spot. Yes. So damn low. I don't know why but it's saddening. On bright note, it's a good thing because they finally are in the charts. TVXQ has already been on the list with their previous songs like MIROTIC and WRONG NUMBER. However, due to unknown reasons, it disappeared from the charts just like a bubble.

Another issue is that, during the M.I.T. 20 (idk which episode but probably the one I'm ranting about) countdown, they showed BOA's Possibility MV instead of TVXQ's BREAKOUT. If you would refer to MYX's site it says TVXQ is on the 18th spot.

Good thing I didn't catch the incident. Wait.. how do you call that incident anyway? A Technical failure? Music Video Malfunction?(wtf lol, I just made that phrase) or sabotage? I don't wanna believe it was the latter because I'll seriously call myself a mofo for being so over-analytical that I'm slowly becoming a rabid fangirl. As if I'm already not. But really, they shouldn't have done that. It may have been a lapse in their side and the only thing we needed now is an explanation, at least, to clear the things up.

Why am I making this such a big deal? Well, if you are a TVXQ fan and with all the things that's been happening lately, you will fully understand why I'm so serious at this topic. I don't care if I already looksound desperate. But I'm really keeping my faith because I believe in them.

Moving on, I only had Energen cereal for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Well, I skipped lunch and ate Nova instead.

Yeap. That's how I laze off and feed myself with junkfoods. Calories, cholesterol and all those fats. Oh life. Don't worry though, even if I gained a few pounds, I will definitely be back in shape by next month. I don't know how I'm gonna do that but I really will find a way. Might probably find a blue-collar job and work my ass out to burn some calories. Who knows?

Also, I will finally post ALL the pictures I've said I'm gonna post in this blog. And I meant all. It took me a year to finally post all of them. And Jeez, someone should remind me to post something about what happened last Saturday in connection to next Monday, March 29th's event. Ria Amen told me the gang will hit the beach. I really wanna join the fun but some things needs to be settled first.

Never thought the random update became a full rant post. :) Toodles! ♥
