Help in Translating

Uhm, need some help here.  I don't have any idea what this thing is...

So, I checked my Yahoo Mail and found some Spam messages (I check them alwaysanyways) and received this email from Mnet. If I remembered right, I joined in a certain poll where the DBSK boys were in. Think it was sometime last year 2009. Anyways, can somebody please enlighten me? hahaha. I really wanna know if I won a plane ticket to South Korea with all an expenses paid what it says..
