TVXQ's Balloons Performance

During last semester's Korean Class, we had a project and that is to present a sing and dance number. The DBSK fangirl in me told me TVXQ's Balloons is simply just the right song our group must perform lol. So we practiced and all. Anyway, I've got to say props to our DBSK boys for their flawlessness in singing live and dancing at the same time. In this video, we had to sing and dance live too AND I TELL YOU IT WAS NOT EASY. As you can see, there were moments where I had to steady my erratic breathing by holding my chest because le gasp, no air looooool.

The competitive person that I am told me to edit the raw video and upload a more enhanced version of our performance, thus the birth of this video:


Yesterday, I did a little experimentation with simple video editing like merging two videos into one, adding music, video overlays and all. It was fun because I am learning. I've always wanted to know more about manipulation in technology, Photoshop for instance. However, it is an intricate process so I will do that some other time. I also learned to be more patient. It took me hours to finish editing the raw video because of a fail Internet connection and my lack of patience.

Downloading a video editing program called Youtube Video Maker was an effort. I don't really know that much about these things so one click might result to a mistake I will regret. And nobody likes that.

Hmmm, how to wrap this post? Haha. I truly enjoyed this activity. We even bought animal hats~~~ just to have the Balloons vibe DBSK has in their MV. I also think my groupmates and our classmates as well as our Seonsaengnim enjoyed it. They cheered for us man. ;))

The other performances by the other section wasn't recorded because they had another schedule and all. It was kinda sad but if I remember, they performed 4minute's Hot Issue, Super Junior's Sorry Sorry, City Hunter's OST Cupid by Girl's Day, Personal Taste's OST Maldo Andwae by Younha, 2NE1's Fire and I Don't Care and many more. Mostly OST from Kdramas being aired here in the Philippines and some Kpop songs being played here in local radio stations and music channels. ♥

For this semester, we are studying Japanese Language. Our sensei told us that we can choose from presenting a Japanese drama or singing a Japanese song for our Final project. I chose the later of course because Tohoshinki. ^^ I still don't know what song but I might do Step-by-Step because of it's lively-ness. Begin and Heart, Mind and Soul also are my favorite songs but I have to sing it with an accompaniment or go a capella. But I'm really excited!
